Job Description:
Over 15 years of comprehensive experience covering all phases of construction from excavation to finishing and handover.
Minimum 4 to 5 years in any organization.Preferably one project per project manager for large scale projects.
BE Civil with Min 15 years exp in real estate as a project managerMust have experience in the construction of highrise buildings(over 100 meters)for both commercial and residential sectors
Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
Manage the budget and estimate costs
Determine the necessary equipment materials and manpower needed
Check & ensure quality of work at site as per construction checklist
Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
Prepare reports regarding job status
Resolve any problems that may arise
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Evaluate risks
Collaborate with subcontractors engineers architects and key team members of the project team
Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
Plan construction operations
