Job Description
We are Home Health Advantage. A patient centered home health agency looking for a fullTime We are currently seeking a Permanent FullTime scheduler for Nursing staffing for our rapidly growing organization.
We are searching for an ideal candidate with experience working in the home health care industry that is reliable organized a team player and who has great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Staff orders with qualified personnel in a timely manner and or organizes job schedules for home care personnel.
Schedules clinical tasks to different clinician as directed by patients care plan
First point of contact to retrieve and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
Provides customer service assistance as appropriate.
Assist with internal audits from time to time to ensure compliance.
Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
Qualifications:
College education associate or bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of Home Health Experience
Proficient Windows based experience including fundamentals of data entry/typing And excellent knowledge of Outlook Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Independent problem solver good decision maker and robust analytical skills
Strong attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Orland Park IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
