We are actively looking for a Territory Account Executive to join our high performing team in Post Falls ID servicing the Spokane WA area. In this role your nature as a dynamic selfdriven and outgoing extrovert is on full display. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent and ongoing contact with key decision makers for commercial properties third party administrators and other organizations that can lead to quality referrals. If you are confident dependable and motivated with stellar selling and negotiation skills we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential commercial clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various strategies.
  • Educate clients on the companys restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.


What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in restoration or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
