Your Role: As a Program Manager youll ensure compliance with Sensormatics PMO guidelines monitor and enhance regional project and track adherence to project management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and build the PMO.

  • Identify gaps and improve project management structures.

  • Provide reports to the PMO director.

  • Align regional PM departments with PMO strategy.

  • Foster relationships with project managers.

  • Develop governance processes.

  • Guide dependency management and change control.

  • Ensure compliance with PMO strategy.

  • Facilitate training for regional project managers.

  • Evaluate and document PMO tools standards and methodologies.

  • Optimize PM resources and performance per country.

  • Analyze trends for proactive change management.

  • Oversee regional human capital satisfaction and operational health.

What Were Looking For:

  • Project management qualifications or equivalent experience.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • High proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office.

  • Organized methodical proactive and problemsolving.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Knowledge of RFID EAS or CCTV is advantageous.
