Currently seeking both an ESTIMATOR and a SENIOR ESTIMATOR for our Electrical Division.

Your capabilities:
- Negotiate prices with vendors/subcontractors through quotations for materials/services.
- Coordinate bid preparation requirements with the estimating team.
- Material labor and equipment takeoffs.
- Verify Estimate accuracy by comparing data versus similar bids.
- Estimate indirect cost including management construction equipment and tools support facilities.
- Support successful competitive bid projects.
- Engage in proposal presentations.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years ELECTRICAL construction estimating experience
- Strong Leadership and Supervisory skills
- Craft experience in electrical for COMMERCIAL projects
- Provide Value Engineering ideas
- Understanding the influence of market conditions on pricing
- Travel to walk jobs as needed
