Job Description

Compensation
$500000 $700000 Total Compensation depending on level of experience.

Whats the Job
- The main qualification for this role is that you are a smart motivated and passionate Data Scientist excited about the world of finance.
- They have several trading teams and you will be joining a growing 25person quantitative trading team that supports a particular trading strategy and focus based upon your background interests and skills.
- Their teams include Equities ETFs/Indexes Fixed Income Derivatives and Commodities.
- For most employees you will be in the office three days a week but for those roles that require a full week in the office they do offer floating days that allow you to work from home several days a month.
- You will be using your knowledge from your Masters or PhD in a STEM field to develop advanced machine learning models to execute trading strategies.
- You may also be using your experience in finance (professionally or otherwise) and using that to develop strategies.
Location
My client has offices in New York Philadelphia and Chicago.
