Job Description
Gather analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Create business process models workflows and data flow diagrams to clearly communicate business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders both technical and nontechnical to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.Use SQL and Excel to analyze and manipulate data generating reports and insights to support business decisions.Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI or similar to present key metrics and trends.Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.Participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) to manage project timelines and ensure continuous delivery.Create and maintain documentation for business processes requirements and project deliverables in tools like JIRA and Confluence.Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle ensuring expectations are managed and met.Requirements:Strong knowledge of business process modeling requirement gathering and documentation.Proficiency in SQL and Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.Handson experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and using tools like JIRA and Confluence.Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and actionable deliverables.A proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions.
