40Summary:
The Digital Gift Processing Specialist will perform a variety of daily online gift imports and exports into the Cook Childrens donor database (Raisers Edge) ensure timely and accurate creation of donor and gift records be responsible for fundraising data entry and accounting functions in order to process gifts and pledges for Cook Childrens Health Foundation. Additionally the Digital Gift Processing Specialist provides team support by assisting with complex problems serving as a resource to other staff with data related inquiries and assisting with the training of new staff.
This position requires a technical aptitude thorough knowledge of The Raisers Edge database Luminate Online and Omatic as well as frequent use of Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel and other software tools with HTML CSS and/or VBA skills highly preferred. The ability to multitask in an occasionally stressful environment a detailoriented disposition and a comfort with consistent work are critical to success in this position.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Associate degree or computer technical school experience preferred with emphasis in business.
English clerical skills and strong emphasis in accounting desirable.
Raisers Edge Luminate Online and Omatic experience preferred with HTML CSS and/or VBA skills highly preferred as well as frequent use of Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel and other software tools.
Experience working in a nonprofit development setting preferred.
Excellent communication skills capable of working individually or within a team setting required.
