Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant including managing the frontofhouse and backofhouse staff ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure that guests receive excellent service addressing any complaints or concerns as needed and resolving them to the satisfaction of the guest.
Train develop and motivate the restaurant staff setting performance goals and providing regular feedback on their performance.
Manage inventory ordering and storage of all restaurant supplies including food beverages and equipment.
Monitor food quality and presentation ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to company standards.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other department heads to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant operation are aligned with the overall goals of the resort.
Maintain proper staffing levels scheduling staff as needed to ensure adequate coverage.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or other food and beverage establishment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff.
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
