Starting Pay: $17.33/hour
Full - Time Position
Your Role
As theRestaurant Bartender - Server youll be the face of our dining experiencecrafting cocktails serving meals and creating memorable moments for every guest.
What Youll Do
Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
Mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas
Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling
Support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Adapt to various roles including bartender server busser or dishwasher as needed
What Were Looking For
6 months of bartending experience
Previous food service and customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Required: Oregon Food Handlers Permit & OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
Preferred: ServSafe Certification
Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. regularly
Comfortable standing walking bending and squatting throughout shift
Flexible availability including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
