Violetta Terpeluk a Private Wealth Advisor with Ameriprise Financial helps business owners and retirees live fulfilling lives and leave lasting legacies. She is looking to add a Client Service Specialist to her team. Youll play a key role in managing client relationships ensuring operational efficiency and delivering toptier service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients
  • Drive new client acquisition through marketing and outreach
  • Proactively contact prospects to schedule appointments
  • Implement marketing activities and events
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage inquiries
  • Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the office
  • Manage the practice calendar including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office operations and identify improvements
  • Support our entrepreneurial resultsfocused culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2 years of client service or related industry experience
  • Able to obtain securities and insurance licenses
  • Able to work in office

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $26$30 per hour; commensurate with experience
