A facility locatedeast of Burlington VTis seeking aDevelopment and Marketing Associateto join their team!
Pay: Starts at $70000 / annually
Development and Marketing Associate Opportunity:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Setting: Critical access hospital
Development and Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the executive director design implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization
- Plan organize and direct the development of gifts and special funds from philanthropic corporations trusts and individuals in support of campaigns and organizational initiatives
- Development and Marketing Associate will design and implement fundraising campaigns using techniques of direct mail solicitation personal solicitation benefit events involvement of business organizations appeals to philanthropic organizations and planned giving through estate planning bequests trusts etc.
Development and Marketing Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Marketing or Organizational Planning or three years of related healthcare experience
- Three years experience in development fundraising or donor stewardship for a nonprofit or notforprofit organization
- Three years of experience in budget and financial planning management
