Process guest checkins/outs and handle payments accurately.
Answer calls manage wakeup requests and handle guest inquiries.
Maintain lobby security guest records and manage lost property.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure all systems and procedures are followed according to hotel standards.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Previous front office or night audit experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
Flexible and committed to delivering great service overnight.

Fluency in English
