Your work will involve analysing market trends assessing business opportunities and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions identify potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their dealmaking processes.

The Opportunity
As part of the Deals Strategy & Operations Services team you assist clients with strategic planning and business reviews growth market entry and international expansion. As a Manager you supervise develop and coach teams manage client service accounts and drive client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop topquality deliverables. You are also responsible for leveraging team strengths managing performance to meet client expectations and embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.

What You Must Have
Masters Degree in Business Administration/Management Finance Engineering Economics Data Processing/Analytics/Science Computer and Information Science
Min. 4 years of experience

Knowledge about and relationships in the US Private Equity market
Understanding mergers integrations spinoffs and divestiture transactions
