Job Description
Education
Bachelors Degree: Education Organizational Change or Clinical Area of Expertise (Required)
Masters Degree: Nursing Education Business Administration Organizational Change or other related area (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
10 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory care outpatient services and/or healthcare administration. (Required)
10 Years experience in managing process improvement systems in a health care environment or a related clinical role. (Required)
General Experience and knowledge of performance improvement methods such as Root Cause Analysis FMEA Six Sigma Rapid Cycle PDSA GAP Analysis Reengineering and informatics (Required)
Experience in navigating large multidisciplinary teams and complex healthcare systems. (Required)
Proven track record of leading performance improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results. (Required)
General Experience in and knowledge of regulatory and accrediting bodies regulations and standards (Required)
License/Certifications
LSSBB Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred)
CPHQ Cert Prof Healthcare Quality (Preferred)
