Job Description

Fulltime boardeligible/boardcertified Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join a wellestablished group of physicians at UPMC Western Maryland. The Physician will be responsible for practicing hematology and medical oncology in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary group of physicians APPs and allied health professionals. Each clinician will be expected to develop an active practice and to actively participate in national clinical research. Candidates will also enjoy a productive worklife balance in this friendly community. UPMC Western Maryland provides health care services for residents in Allegany and Garrett Counties in Maryland and surrounding counties in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Western Maryland Health System and the Schwab Family Cancer Center have received accreditation by both the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers and the Commission on Cancer.
