Job Description
We have a position available immediately for Bartlett. Monday Wednesday and Friday 730230
This role is for transportation so a car and clean driving license are essential

We have part time positions for day evening and weekends open NOW

heres what youll do:
- transportation to and from events and appointments
- Making sure he is safe
- Supporting with walking and ambulation
- with other clients you may support with:
- build relationships through companionshipconversation and activities
- running errands and shopping
- light housework
- meal planning and preparation
- monitoring and recording activities
- laundry
- medical reminders (we do not administer medication)
- in home mobility assistance
- personal hygiene support (assistance bathing grooming dressing using the bathroom or changing pads)
