What Youll Do:
For Project Managers:
- Lead landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets schedules and teams to make sure projects stay on track
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors and suppliers
For Project Engineers:
- Assist with managing and supporting active projects
- Handle project documents submittals and change orders
- Communicate with teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly
For Estimators:
- Prepare cost estimates and material takeoffs for upcoming projects
- Work with the project team to ensure accurate pricing and budgets
- Review plans and specifications for project requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Passion for landscape construction and commitment to quality work
- 2 years of experience in landscape construction project management or estimating
- Familiarity with union jobs and public works projects is a plus
- Experience with software like Procore Sage OST Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is helpful
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
