Are you an experienced highriseSite Superintendent looking for a job with an established construction management company in the GTADo you havea passion for the construction industry specifically in the construction ofMidrise and Highrise residential condominiumsThen read onand apply today!
Our client is an established and wellrespected builder who is currently looking for an experienced highrise Site Superintendent to work on their current Guelph site. This company has a proven track record and an excellent reputation in the midrise and highrise residential buildings.
The right candidate is a qualified highrise Site Superintendent who can handle all aspects of running a safe and efficient site.You will be responsible formanaging the daytoday site operation of their Guelph project within the scope of the Site Superintendent attending meetings tracking progress documenting milestonecompletion.
It is essential that you have Canadian experience and possessing fullcycle highrise residential projects for a similar firm is a major advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also important to be successful.
