Lead the Future of Site Reliability Engineering for Telekom IT
At Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions we run the beating heart of the T-Systems internal software landscape from mission-critical legacy platforms to cutting-edge cloud-native microservices. Now were looking for a hands-on technology-driven leader to take charge of our entire SRE organization.
Your mission:
Build and guide a team focused on one clear goal preventing problems before they happen. Youll develop a proactive reliability culture across hundreds of applications ensuring stability while driving modernization.

Who were looking for:
A leader who can move between strategy and execution with ease. Someone who understands enterprise-scale systems enjoys modern technology and knows how to engage and guide people a facilitator mentor and problem-solver in one.
Youll be comfortable working with technologies such as AWS or other hyperscalers Docker Kubernetes OpenShift observability tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack and automation/CI/CD with Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Ansible Terraform.
