• Salary: $550000.00 to $650000.00 Based on Experience

Job/Practice Description:

• Hematologist/Oncologist
• Location: Findlay OH 40mins from Toledo)
• Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
• Clinic 4 days/week 1 administrative day/week (remote)1:4 inpatient call
• 50 Hematology/50 Oncology patient mix most common cases are breast colon lung prostate
• Care team model 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician 2 NPs
• Chemo certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administration
• Onsite Services Radiation Oncology; Infusion Therapy; Lab and Pharmacy board certified oncology pharmacist onsite;
• Genetic Counseling; Clinical & Financial Navigation; Nutrition Services; Clinical Trials Tumor Registry; GYNOncology; Social Work)
• Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT Urology Gynecology Pulmonology GI
• Hospitalist service admits

Profile Background:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist
• Ability to hold an Ohio State License
