Seeking a fulltime boardcertified or boardeligibleHematologist/Oncologist to join established and growing cancer care team. Thisopportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment with low call volumestrong system support and a broad range of cancer casesall in a closeknitcommunityfocused setting.

Practice Highlights:

• Join a cohesive group with fellow Hem/Oncs and an experienced Nurse Practitioner
  
• Radiation Oncology onsite and coordinated tumor boards held biweekly
  
• Primarily outpatient role 95 with low call volume100 remote telephone call
  
• Average 2530 patients per day
  
• Aria Oncology EMR system in use
  
• Chemotherapy suite includes 10 infusion chairs and 2 quick chairs
  
• Dedicated support team including pharmacist tech phlebotomist lab clinical director and nurse navigators
  
• Inpatient cases referred to regional academic centers; hospitalists manage admissions
  
• Common cases include breast lung colon prostate head/neck cancers and a strong hematology panel
  
• Strong referral pipeline from general surgery GI urology pulmonology ENT and nephrology
  
• ACOSCoC accredited cancer program

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
  
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
