About Annecto
Annectos origins trace back to the 1950s when a group of parents from the Western suburbs of Melbourne decided to create their own safe spaces for their children living with disability. Over the years Annecto has continued to grow and develop its services in disability and aged care leading the way with inhome services and independent living. Today Annecto works across multiple regions and states of Australia and works closely with communities across Victoria NSW ACT and Queensland. About the position
Annecto is seeking an experienced and committed Administrator to join our team. Although HSW experience is not required this position is a great opportunity for those hoping to move into this space as it provides exposure to Health Safety and Wellbeing processes and procedures. You will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support within the broader Quality team.
While the role offers variety your typical day will include inbox monitoring entering data generating reports preparing presentations and administering our incident reporting system. Additionally you may coordinate meetings prepare agendas take minutes process invoices and compile documents. This role also involves communicating with various stakeholders that include employees managers and vendors. Be part of a supportive team and collaborate closely with our Senior Health Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to assist in implementing Annectos Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Action Plan.
What do we need from you
Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification with a strong desire to build a career in HSW and/or Quality
Relevant work experience in performing customer service and administrative tasks preferably within NFP / Community Services sector in Australia
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word Excel and PowerPoint
Welldeveloped interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport
Welldeveloped time management skills and the ability to prioritise
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative
Demonstrated excellent written and spoken business communication skills
Satisfactory Police Check
