Job Description
Overview
Talent Pool: Corporate Services/Professional
Responsibilities
Identifies analyzes and resolves both simple and complex system problems reporting findings to colleagues.
Oversees the preparation of technical documentation and system reports for department leaders to review.
Supports and trains software users in response to questions or requests.
Configures new software services to address business needs expand capabilities of software platforms and create efficiencies in software performance.
Assists team members to help solve issues with the implementation enhancement integration and maintenance of software solutions to ensure business and customer needs are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelors Degree
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 4 years
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: Platformcentric Certification obtained within 6 months; 12 months will be allowed only if necessary to meet certification requirements.
