Position Summary
The Department of Psychology at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science invites applications for the Director of Clinical Training position for the departments APAaccredited doctoral program (Ph.D. in clinical psychology. We seek an individual with outstanding clinical supervision teaching and leadership skills. A research program is optional for this position. Responsibilities include oversight of the clinical psychology training program teaching clinical intervention or assessment courses and providing direct clinical supervision for students. The position is open regarding faculty track. That is applicants can choose to be on the Tenure Track (commitment to RFUMS scholarship/education) or Educator Track (clinicians with strong educational commitment to RFU). The academic rank appointment is open. The individual would have the opportunity to continue their research program or to pursue other scholarly activities of interest.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include oversight of the clinical psychology training program teaching clinical intervention or assessment courses and providing direct clinical supervision for students.
The position is full time on either the Tenure Track or the Educator Track and the academic rank appointment is open. The individual will have the opportunity to continue their research program (Tenure Track) or to pursue other scholarly activities of interest (Educator Track). Applicants interested in primarily pursuing clinical activities e.g. through RFUMS Interprofessional Community Clinic (ICC) should apply to the Educator track.

Conditions of Employment
Required Education & Experience
The candidate must have a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA accredited program an APA approved internship and be licensed or immediately eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois. Candidates must achieve a background check clearance. An official transcript for the highest degree earned is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing clinical supervision to psychology graduate students experience teaching graduate level courses. Priority will be given to someone midcareer or above with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
