In this role you will provide essential support to individuals with daily living activities promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Core Responsibilities may include:
- Provide assistance with meal preparation and feeding
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Light housekeeping duties including laundry and light cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain timely accurate records and documentation
- Provide quality care and support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- PCA certification
- At least one year of experience working in home care with seniors
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- English proficiency with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background
- Patience empathy and a positive attitude
Essential Functions
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
- Primarily inhome settings
- Varying shifts may include weekends and holidays
Required:
Two references
Proof of a TB screening within the last year showing clear results
