Summary
Do you have experience in Customer Service Manufacturing Supply Chain or Retail Weve got the job for you! This position is first shift and you can rely on a STEADY and COMPETITIVE income! As a Parts Counterperson you will be the key liaison between the dealership and its customers ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partsrelated transactions. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries giving accurate price quotes and supplying vehiclespecific information. You will manage parts orders process payments and track inventory ensuring both incoming and outgoing parts are accurately documented. Additionally youll fulfill customer orders locate outofstock items and reference parts manuals to identify the correct parts for vehicles ensuring timely and efficient service. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment will contribute to the smooth operations of the dealerships parts department.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls providing price quotes and vehicle information
- Handling parts payments through accurate billing
- Fulfills orders from stock
- Input orders for daily shipment delivery or pickup
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Referring to parts manuals to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make model and year of vehicles being serviced
Qualifications
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
- DetailOriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
