College to Corporate IT Internship (C2C IT)
Be at the heart of our revolutionary investment philosophy when you join our 10week paid internship. Vanguards College to Corporate Internship Program is an immersive handson experience at one of the worlds leading investment firms. Extensive training realworld experience handson opportunities and mentorship from professionals will all aid in broadening your technical expertise. Youll receive exposure to the software life cycle and positively impact our clients through exciting assignments. Participants will focus on one of the following tracks: Application Development Investment Systems Risk & Security Engineering.
What it takes:
- In pursuit of a bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in computer science computer engineering IST IT CIS or related technical/engineering subject matter required
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
Application Engineer Technology Program
Vanguard application engineers work on modernized cloudbased applications and platforms to build experiences for the more than 50 million clients worldwide trusting us to safeguard their investments. Build your technical and strategic skills as you work alongside crew from across the business. In this role you will design frontend and backend solutions for testdriven development. You will also work on continuous delivery pipeline using Bamboo and run automated tests using Junit Protractor Jasmine and Selenium. The Application Engineer Technology Program develops new application engineers during their first year at Vanguard through intentional programming that cultivates community boosts technical upskilling and provides career development.
What it takes
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
- 0 3 years of relevant experience
Technology Leadership Program (TLP)
The Technology Leadership Program (TLP) is a twoyear rotational development program available to graduating college seniors who are ready to enter the business world and eager to develop their technical expertise while building their leadership skills. The program consists of three high visibility eightmonth rotations across different IT departments in Vanguard. You will have the opportunity to gain technical certifications leadership development and education through these carefully curated rotation alignments as well as mentorship from your program managers and business leaders. If you want to shape the future of Application Development Investment Systems or Risk & Security Engineering TLP is for you!
What it takes
