About the Role:
Join a thriving real estate company managing commercial and warehouse properties across the TriState area and parts of PA We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Manager with construction experience to oversee operations and ensure smooth and efficient management of the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a 3rdparty property management company.
Conduct fieldwork including property inspections and onsite evaluations.
Streamline property operations and ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
Manage procurement including sourcing materials and managing the pricing of constructionrelated parts.
Coordinate with property management teams and vendors for seamless property operations.
MustHaves:
Proven experience in property management.
Basic construction knowledge including materials parts and pricing.
Energetic organized and able to think critically to solve problems.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
