Job Description:

As a Senior Manager in the Engagement Finance Support team you will lead efforts to streamline billing and collections processes reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) for our US and Global Partners. You will oversee a large team and collaborate with partners to ensure financial objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Engagement Finance Support team ensuring consistency and accuracy in billing and collections across all Lines of Service.

Develop strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.

Oversee the creation and approval of draft invoices ensuring compliance with partner and client requirements.

Manage escalations related to overdue invoices and drive resolution.

Provide regular DSO reporting and analytics to senior leadership.

Ensure efficient management of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes and user access.

Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Serve as facilitators for process and tools training for managers and senior managers.

Support in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) process maps and quality checklists.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.

CA or CPA certification is preferred but not required.

1114 years of experience in finance operations billing or collections.

Proven leadership experience in a similar role preferably within a Big4 or large consulting environment.
