About the Role:
Position is responsible for cleaning the assigned areas.Essential Job Functions
Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
Dust and spotclean furniture equipment and accessories (including pictures and other wall hangings)
Clean mirrors
Clean elevator floors and mirrors
Clean restrooms thoroughly
Check and replenish paper towels and toilet paper as needed
Check and refill soap dispensers
Vacuum floors
Sweep and dust mop stairwells
Provide other Building Services duties as requested
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications
High School diploma or equivalent desired
Experience and Skills
Previous janitorial experience a plus
Competencies
Detail oriented
Good communication skills
Self starter
Team player
Special Considerations
Lift and or move up to approximately 50 lbs. frequently.
Bending/stooping/kneeling requiredfrequently.
Routine standing of approximately 8 hrs per day.
Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: vacuum cleaner broommop trash cans
