Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives providing coaching and guidance
- Set performance goals monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless communication and problemsolving
- Develop and implement customer service policies procedures and best practices
- Train new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Analyze customer service metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Foster a positive team culture and maintain high morale among team members
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new customer service team members
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to continually enhance services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets and objectives
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to remain composed and make decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service metrics is a plus
