Excellent Opportunity for a BC/BE Urologist as an Associate Program Director in Stockton CA.
If you like the idea of building programs teaching residents and working with supportive peers and leadership this is the opportunity for you.
About the Opportunity:
- The inaugural class of Urology residents started in July 2022
- Program will have 2 residents per year
- Xi DaVinci Robot
- Shared 1:6 Call
- State of the art training facility
- Two SIM labs and building a third
- New program joined 8 existing residency programs
- Own patient panel Precept Protected Time
- 355 bed Acute Care Hospital
- Core faculty positions and academic appointments available
- Clinics close at 3:00P on Fridays
Compensation:
- $500$550k Salary Guarantee
- Paid Hospital Call
- WRVU and ERVU Bonus Incentives
- 50 Days Off PTO/CME/National Holidays
