Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education Psychology Social Science Counseling or related field required. At least two 2 years of experience working directly with atrisk youth 16 to 21 years old) in an educational or social service environment required. Possess a valid active Drivers License. Experience assessing student needs and coordinating educational and communitybased services for the purposes of student support required. Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills required. Ability to organize data maintain case files and prepare reports required. Strong organization and planning skills required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build program partnerships with internal and external constituents required. Strong computer skills including proficiency using MS Word and Excel required.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in a related field preferred. Any and all degrees must be from a recognized institutional accreditor. Experience assessing students in a community college environment is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with offtrack to graduation (overaged/undercredited) student populations preferred.
