Role
Glean is looking for Tech Lead Managers who will pave the way for our hyper growth phase. With a robust product strategy anchored in our Assistant vision we are entering an ambitious product and team growth phase. We need engineering leaders who will build worldclass software systems uphold our cultural values of being fastpaced and customerdriven build a topnotch team and ensure solid in a highly collaborative environment.
What You Will Do and Achieve
As a Tech Lead Manager at Glean you will be pivotal in leading our cloud platform engineering team to build and enhance our cuttingedge platform. Key responsibilities and achievements include:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver highquality scalable and reliable cloud software solutions.
- Drive the development and of cloud platform engineering initiatives aligned with Gleans strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
- Champion best practices in cloud software development quality assurance and project management to drive operational excellence.
- Contribute to Gleans technical vision and roadmap ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs.
- Serve as a technical advisor to senior leadership providing insights and recommendations on technology investments and initiatives.
Who You Are
- You have 7 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of leading highperforming teams.
- You possess deep technical expertise in Design/Architecture and cloud distributed systems.
- You have strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving innovation and leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- You thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change.
