We are looking for a Maintenance Parts & Materials Coordinatorto efficiently manage the inventory of parts and materials used for equipment machinery and facility maintenance. This role requires passing an interview and a Hirerology test. Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels to ensure availability without overstocking.
Order and receive materials from suppliers ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
Work closely with technicians and supervisors to ensure parts are available when needed.
Source suppliers and negotiate pricing to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Maintain accurate databases of material usage costs and restocking times.
Ensure all parts meet safety standards and industrial regulations.
Requirements:
23 years of experience in inventory control purchasing or maintenance coordination (a plus).
Knowledge of industrial maintenance materials and safety regulations.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to work efficiently with maintenance teams and suppliers.
Own transportation.
Must pass a Hirerology test and an interview.
