Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative and detailorientedContract Landscape Designerto join our team and assist with planning designing and implementing landscape projects. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design ideas and technical expertise to enhance outdoor spaces for residential commercial or public projects. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives on flexibility and delivering exceptional designs tailored to client needs.
Landscape Design:
- Develop creative functional and sustainable landscape designs using CAD software or handdrawn techniques.
- Create site plans renderings and planting plans that reflect the clients vision and budget.
- Propose innovative solutions for hardscaping softscaping irrigation and lighting features.
Project Development:
- Conduct site analysis including soil testing surveying and assessing environmental factors.
- Estimate project costs and recommend materials that align with the project budget.
Compliance and Sustainability:
- Ensure designs comply with local codes zoning laws and environmental regulations.
- Integrate sustainable and ecofriendly practices into designs where possible.
Reporting:
- Deliver detailed documentation including plans schedules and material lists.
