WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Creating writing and developing new elearning courses and editing existing content in one or more of Relias Learnings core verticals
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your specialty area and work with external SMEs in other areas.
- Collaborating effectively with internal departments who are involved in the course development life cycle
- Managing multiple priority projects efficiently and effectively
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Masters degree in Social Work with active license (in good standing) as a licensed clinical social worker
- 5 years experience as an LCSW in a behavioral health setting required; experience working in both mental health and substance use treatment preferable
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to write for various audiences and in various styles
- Computer/Technical literacy (Microsoft Office internet browsers etc.
- Experience in training development/delivery
