TheDynamics 365 CRM Administrator (CRMA) has direct responsibility for managingall aspects of our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The CRM Administrator is solely responsible for the onboarding andtraining of all users including related documentation. The CRM Administratorwill function as a technical expert architect and system administrators toall CRM system users. The CRM Administrator will also design develop andcustomize the platform to promote adoption and streamline businessprocesses. The CRM Administrator willalso play a critical role in the specification design and implementation ofthe integration between Dynamics 365 and our Dynamics F&O platform
Responsibilities
Understandcompanys policies products data and information to ensure Dynamics 365 CRMis optimally configured.
Developand maintain a comprehensive understanding of Dynamics 365 Administration tasksincluding creating profiles roles users page layouts email alerts andcommunications data management approval processes workflows reportsdashboards and activities.
Audituncover and resolve data integrity issues utilizing a variety of tools andreports.
Createand manage custom entities fields formulas analytics snapshots and reportsincluding the development of custom reports and dashboards.
The365 CRM Administrator will be responsible for developing enduser documentationincluding application training and online resources.
Overseedata quality and integrity within Dynamics 365 implementing data governancebest practices.
Stayinformed regarding new Dynamics 365 features technologies and best practices.
Completebulk imports and exports of data Batch reassignment of accounts andopportunities based on organizational changes.
Provenexperience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator or similar role.
Indepthknowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
Strongunderstanding of CRM and ERP concepts.
Proficientin troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Abilityto collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Experiencewith data management and integration.
Certificationsin Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
