What you will do:
Manage monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure) for performance security and cost-efficiency.
Install configure and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
Administer and troubleshoot web servers (Apache Nginx IIS) and database servers (MySQL MS SQL MongoDB).
Maintain email infrastructure (e.g. Postfix Exim SmarterMail Microsoft 365 or similar).
Implement and manage backup failover and disaster recovery plans.
Handle network configurations firewall rules VPNs and DNS.
Manage system patches updates and security hardening.
Lead and mentor a team of system administrators; ensure timely task execution and incident resolution.
Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure system availability and scalability.
Participate in capacity planning system audits and documentation.
Utilize DevOps tools and automation where applicable (CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code etc.).
Create and Document cloud architectures for various projects on AWS Azure etc.
Requirements
5 years of hands-on experience in system and cloud administration.
Proficient in managing AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.
Strong experience in Linux (CentOS Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
Expertise in configuring and maintaining Apache Nginx IIS and related web server stacks.
Proficient in MySQL MS SQL and MongoDB administration and optimization.
Knowledge of email systems such as Postfix Exim or commercial platforms like SmarterMail.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including routing switching firewalls and VPNs.
Should have sound knowledge of designing cloud architectures.
Experience in team leadership or mentoring junior admins.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Ansible Terraform Jenkins Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
