Job Description
JOB TITLE: Senior Application Programmer
Location: BatonRouge LA 1 or 2 days every month
Duration: 3Years
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Development administration & configuration of a custombuilt .NETdevelopment project
Provide technical knowledge transfer training documentationmentorship and guidance to State personnel for all requested work
Provide oversight and guidance of the customeragencys replacementsoftware and make performance improvements
Perform code reviews and testing on new code
Participate in all necessary team meetings and design sessions inaccordance with Scrum ceremonies
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Five 5 plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in thefollowing areas:
C#
ASP Core
MSSQL
Five 5 plus years enterpriselevel software development
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas aredesirable but not mandatory:
Prior experience or familiarity with Oracle APEX Oracle CloudInfrastructure
Has led a team of developers under Microsoft development stack
Has previous experience working on accounting based projects
Familiarity with frameworks such as Vue React NodeJS AngularTypescript
Experience designing and developing distributed systems(Microservices/SOA)
Experience developing reports with SSRS or similar tools
Experience setting up maintaining and using DevOps practicesincluding CI/CD pipelines and automating tasks
Experience with the Git Version Control System including branchingstrategies for complex
systems
