OUR ROLE
As a sensational ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant youll join our growing ServiceNow Capability and work with a diverse team doing rad work for interesting projects. Were working to change the way our clients think about their work and the ServiceNow platform.
We do whatever we can to drive the best possible outcome for our customers and that means youll have the opportunity work across different parts of the software development life cycle.
As our Senior Technical Consultant youll represent xAmplify to our clients during requirements gathering and design phases as well as helping to structure the delivery of the solution through to the client.
Sure therell be a lot of ServiceNow configuration and testing but we like to get involved in everything from earlystage demonstrations and proofofconcepts to hosting requirements workshops helping work on solution designs and test planning through to deployment and hyper care activities.
KEY ELIGIBILITY
xAmplify partners with a diverse client base including Federal Government Defense Enterprise State Government and Private Sector. As a result our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake.
Our Federal Government and Defence Security Projects will require:
Australian Citizenship
An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance or the ability to obtain one
Our Enterprise State Government and Private Sector Projects will require:
Full Australian working rights which can include an appropriate visa

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At xAmplify we look for individuals who thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments and bring a passion for technology problemsolving and collaboration.
For your ServiceNow platform expertise were looking for you to demonstrate your knowledge in:
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow administration and development experience ideally in multiple environments. Its hard to beat time on the tools.
- For our senior role we consider ServiceNow System Administrator mandatory with additional certifications like CIS or CAD mandatory.
- You likely have solid experience in tech development working with various languages and technologies such as: HTML CSS Angular HTTP REST and SOAP communication protocols working with SSL or designing authentication setups SAML 2.0 let us know!
- We like working across the entire SDLC so if youve got experience defining ServiceNow requirements building solution design documentation or running functional workshops in an agile way itd be great to know about it.
- If youve got experience with practice/process frameworks such as ITIL ISO standards IT4IT and the like whilst not mandatory for the role would be fantastic to have on board
- Were building a hightrust highexpectation culture within our team aiming to help people work however the work most effectively for our clients and that means youll need excellent verbal & written communication skills a high level of organisation and time management with the ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadlinedriven environment.
LOCATION
Were flexible! If youre in Canberra or Sydney youll have the ability to connect with us in person (whilst also getting the balance to work from home) but we are also open to candidates in locations across the Australian East Coast.
