Job Summary: The ERP Technical Team Lead will be responsiblefor leading the technical aspects of Epicor ERP projects guiding a team ofdevelopers and ensuring seamless project delivery. The role demands handsonexperience in Epicor ERP development with expertise in BPMs (Business ProcessManagement) BAQs (Business Activity Queries) and comprehensive projectmanagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Technical Team: Manage and mentor a team of ERPdevelopers fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
ERP Solution Design and Development: Develop and customizeEpicor ERP solutions using BPMs and BAQs to meet business needs.
Project Management: Plan execute and oversee ERPprojects ensuring adherence to timelines budget and quality standards.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders togather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership duringdevelopment testing and implementation phases.
Best Practices and Documentation: Ensure all developmentwork adheres to best practices and is thoroughly documented.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technicalissues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latestfeatures of Epicor ERP and recommend enhancements to improve system performanceand efficiency.
Training and Support: Provide training and guidance toendusers and junior developers facilitating knowledge transfer within theteam.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: 68 years of proven experience in ERPdevelopment and implementation with a significant focus on Epicor ERP.
Certifications: Epicor ERP certifications or equivalenttraining would be an advantage.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or a related field preferred.
