Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head Quality Assurance and CustomerService to lead our quality assurance efforts and oversee our customer serviceteam. This role will ensure that our products meet stringent quality standardsand that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. The idealcandidate will bring innovative ideas to improve quality processes and enhanceproduction techniques while also managing the customer service team to ensuretopnotch performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality checks after sampling suggest necessary changes and provide final approvals.
- Oversee the approval of production quality ensuring consistency with established standards and perform quality inspections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Introduce innovative methods to enhance and elevate existing quality standards.
- Explore and implement new technologies to improve production techniques and overall product quality.
- Manage manpower within the Quality Assurance and Customer Service departments ensuring efficient team operations.
- Oversee and manage the customer service team ensuring their performance aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.
- A graduation in a relevant field from a reputed institution.
- Strong attention to detail with a goaldriven personality and exceptional problemsolving abilities.
