As a Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving a companys growth and success. Your main responsibilities will beBusiness Development Recruitment Management and Development of your team.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Researching and analyzing IT market trends to discover new potential customers new markets and potential partnerships
- Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners to foster trust and collaboration
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals including identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Creating effective campaigns generating leads cold calling and closing deals
- Being responsible for recruiting and managing resources efficiently
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements
To be a good fit for the Business Development Manager role you will have:
- Previous experience with the Business Development within the IT sector
- Understanding of the IT Consulting services in Poland
- Fluent Polish and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and an ability to interpret data to make strategic business decisions
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships with key industry players and potential clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment with a proactive approach to problemsolving and overcoming obstacles
