They help businesses navigate the complexities of the digital landscape by offering expert guidance on various aspects such as EngineeringInnovation and Digital Transformation.

As a Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving a companys growth and success. Your main responsibilities will beBusiness Development Recruitment Management and Development of your team.

Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Researching and analyzing IT market trends to discover new potential customers new markets and potential partnerships
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners to foster trust and collaboration
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals including identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Creating effective campaigns generating leads cold calling and closing deals
  • Being responsible for recruiting and managing resources efficiently
  • Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements

To be a good fit for the Business Development Manager role you will have:

  • Previous experience with the Business Development within the IT sector
  • Understanding of the IT Consulting services in Poland
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and an ability to interpret data to make strategic business decisions
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships with key industry players and potential clients
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment with a proactive approach to problemsolving and overcoming obstacles
