The opportunity:
Kickstart your career with this entrylevel opportunity gain handson experience while completing a Certificate III in Business. You will join our operations team to support the daytoday operations and develop essential administrative skills in a dynamic work environment.
Youll be involved in:
- Provide general administrative support to key stakeholders across the Mackay Depot.
- Assist with documentation and data input across a variety of functions including payroll compliance training and operations.
- Achieving accredited certification obtained by completing the traineeship Cert III Business Administration
- Attend meetings as required take meeting minutes distribute documentation prior to and following meetings ensure action points are followed up
- Maintain various databases platforms and systems

- This role requires great communication skills and someone who loves being part of a team but youll learn the rest.
- Selfmotivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to daytoday business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment
- Ideally you have a current car licence
