Job Description
KCR Solutions are delighted to assisting our client based Washington in their search for an experienced Accounts Assistant. You will report to the Management Accountant and provide support within purchase ledger and also duties to assist in month end reporting.
- Monitoring of aged creditors
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing of employee expense forms.
- Processing of all purchase invoices
- Matching orders with invoices and delivery notes
- Processing credit card purchase invoices
- Ensuring ledger is maintained and purchase invoice queries are resolved
- Ensure purchase ledger reconciles to general ledger on a monthly basis
- Journal posting
- Processing timesheets for all employees
- Petty cash control
- Assisting with sales invoice processing as required
- Bank reconciliations
- Provide assistance as and when required to other departments within the company.
- System used: Sage Excel Word
OFFICE BASED
You will be confident outgoing and keen to learn. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and be open to offering support to other department on an adhoc basis when required.
