Your Mission
As a Product Manager at Ben you will challenge the complexity in the employee benefit domain and constantly deliver value (benefit! to our users by solving some of our most complex customerfacing problems!
Were looking for selfstarters who are seeking a fastpaced environment where they can make a difference. Our team is small which means high autonomy ownership and responsibility. We love what we do have fun and while we ship on time we take lifework balance seriously.
Things you will be working on
Own Product discovery within areas of the Ben business working closely with the Product Lead and other senior stakeholders to understand problems
Collaborating with key business stakeholders to help drive the product strategy and roadmap
EndtoEnd ownership of your dedicated product area from idea creation to discovery to development to golive.
Ensuring the voice of the customer is heard throughout the product development process from speaking with our Customer Support Sales & Success teams to interviewing customers
Maintaining the product backlog and running key product activities such as backlog refinement prioritisation grooming developing user stories etc.
Help us solve complex business problems by breaking it down to smaller pieces finding truth & insights by going straight to the source and developing highly userfriendly products
You will love this role if you have
Extensive experience within the B2B SaaS space.
A proven track record of delivering ambitious complex products with full ownership that really hit the mark
You are a strategic thinker who combines commercial pragmatism and experience navigating senior stakeholders to deliver at pace
An entrepreneurial mindset you are always looking for new product ideas to test and validate
Superb prioritisation and communication skills
Above all else you LOVE solving problems
You will not love this role if you
Arent comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Are not ready to own your own results and be held accountable
If you like maintaining the statusquo and arent willing to think outside the box
If you like a lot of structure and processes we are a startup and are still working things out and we dont always know whats next
Are not comfortable with ambiguity we will give you guidance but sometimes you have to work things out
