Thefull support of a highly engaged client and ministry executive team
Responsible for safe efficient and sustainable provincial highway corridorsthat enable mobility and economic development in alignment with provincialtransportation and highway expansion plans through an approach that is clientfocused and partnership driven. As thehighway corridor management function involves several complex and interconnectedsubfunctions the product development activities have been planned in a manner tohelp ensure that features and components benefit from continuous user feedback.
The product is intended to provide an endtoend online solution forbusinesses and individuals to:
Secureapprovals for all work including land developments adjacent to provincialhighways
Enableseamless integrated services across all corridor management functionseliminating the need to provide the same information more than once and makingsure that the results of one review process are readily available to relatedreviews; and
Automateand streamline the integration of preconsultations major land use planningand development Land Development Reviews and permit applications.
Requirements
Microsoft/Azure Development and Quality AssuranceExperience
.NETFramework .NET Corebased design development and testing
C#TypeScript JavaScript SQL development components
Webfrontend (HTML 5 CSS3 Angular) Web APIs and web services design
AzureSQL & MS SQL Server all supported versions
CICDPipeline Setup & Management
GitAzure DevOps (VSTS/TFS)
AzureCloud Development including PaaS and SQL Services or other cloud hostingtechnologies
Experienceparticipating in Scrum agile development
Experiencecontributing as a Developer or Tester (QA) in a CrossFunctional/Balanced Teamwhich is composed of roles including DevTest Product Management and Design.
