IndieTalent is looking for a **Back Office Executive Team Lead** to manage a team responsible for candidate documentation billing collections and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple backend processes efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Team Leadership & Coordination**
Lead and mentor a team handling documentation invoicing and reports.
Assign tasks monitor performance and ensure timely completion of activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment Finance and BD) to streamline operations.
**Documentation & Data Management**
Oversee the uploading and verification of candidate documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols.
Maintain and update records with high accuracy.
**Billing & Collections**
Create invoices and track payments from clients.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with finance for reconciliation and reporting.
**Reporting & Analysis**
Generate and analyze rich reports on candidate status financial collections and operational performance.
Present insights and trends to management for decisionmaking.
Maintain dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
35 years of experience in backoffice operations preferably in recruitment or staffing.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
